7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Outstanding payments will become immediately due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
